What is the role?
Michaels Energy is seeking an administrative professional to support decarbonization and electrification programs in Denver. The Product Coordinator will manage day-to-day program operations, data entry, administrative tasks, documentation, and program reporting. Reporting to the Product Manager, you will assist with meeting client, customer, and delivery team needs. This includes but is not limited to creating and delivering program plans, tracking budgets and KPIs, and managing program reporting. You will work closely with a cross-functional delivery team that includes engineering, outreach, IT, customer support, and finance, as well as external contractors. We are looking for someone who will live our company values and thrive in a role that can manage multiple projects and tasks, and work collaboratively with team members of varied backgrounds.
- Work closely with the Product Manager to deliver an assigned portfolio of energy efficiency programs.
- Manage the day-to-day tasks and responsibilities including program tracking, reports, notes, communicating action items, project set-up, follow-up and scheduling.
- Manage small programs or initiatives with limited direction.
- Participate in and occasionally guide meetings with internal and external partners, customers, and clients.
- Assist in communicating with and managing external subcontractors, vendors, and program partners.
- Be knowledgeable of and able to answer questions on the status of projects, initiatives, and deliverables tied to program delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional program delivery teams to achieve goals, drive program deliverables, and create a positive customer experience.
- Assist in invoicing and budget tracking for program delivery.

- Developed a high-level ability to complete administrative duties, such as invoices review.
- Learned internal company processes and business practices.
- Gained a basic understanding of electrification and decarbonization programs in Denver.
After 6 months, you have….
- Become a process & application subject matter expert.
- Operated with little to no supervision.
- Mastered the ability to run meetings with subcontractors without PM presences.
- Produced reports and materials for clients and other external stakeholders.
- Defined database management skills.
- Knowledgeable on the structure of the program (i.e. Understanding resources and tools associated with the project).

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Two years of office experience, preferably in a coordinator-type role
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Self-starter with high levels of personal accountability
- Influential leadership skills to align cross-functional teams
- Project management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a proactive and collaborative style
- Organizational, time-management, and planning skills
- Ability to work without supervision, as well as collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and the ability to quickly learn new software systems
- Ability to travel 5 to 10% in the Denver metro area and occasionally to the corporate office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce or similar
- Spanish fluency a plus!

Pay Range
- $70,000 - $85,000 annually
