About the Role:
We’re seeking a Genset Generator Salesperson Representative with expertise in Tier 3 and Tier 4 generator systems. This is an outside sales role where you’ll develop client relationships, assess power needs, and deliver tailored solutions that help customers achieve efficiency and reliability.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform outside sales activities, meeting directly with clients to understand their power and equipment needs

• Call on and develop business with Industrial, Commercial, Mining, and Oil & Gas customers

• Promote and sell customized Genset Generators and industrial-grade engines

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate generator solutions
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through consistent prospecting and follow-ups
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients

What We’re Looking For:
Proven sales experience (power generation, heavy equipment, or related industry preferred)
Knowledge of Tier 3 & Tier 4 Genset Generators and industrial-grade engines
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed expectations

Pay & Schedule:
Salary: $55,000 – $135,000 (plus commission opportunities)
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Some Saturday and on-call availability required
