YOUR ROLE:
As a member of our BCBA Team, you’ll be a key player in helping students with autism develop new skills, navigate challenges, and shine brightly. You'll work directly with students, teachers, and an interdisciplinary team to design and implement behavior intervention plans that actually work — because you’ve got the expertise and the energy to bring them to life.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior support plans
- Develop and oversee student skill acquisition programming to support student’s IEP goals.
- Supervise a team of RBTs and support staff to implement students’ acquisition and behavioral goals
- Coach and support direct staff on best practices for behavior strategies in the classroom
- Collect and analyze data to make real changes
- Develop, write, and report on student’s Behavioral IEP goals
- Collaborate with an amazing multidisciplinary team including special educators, SLP’s, OT’s and 6 other BCBA’s
- Consult with caregivers and outside providers to bring the most meaningful programming which will increase a student’s skills so that they can live lives of meaning and purpose they choose in their future

WHAT YOU BRING:
- BCBA certification (required) & Maryland LBA (required) – recent graduates in process will be considered
- Passion for working with elementary-aged students with autism
- Experience in school-based or clinical ABA settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to promote teamwork
- A great sense of humor, a love for collaboration, and energy to spare
